Regular Meeting

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Halstad was duly called and held at the Halstad Telephone Company Community Room in said City on February 12, 2007 at 5:00 p.m.

Mayor Brookshire presided at the meeting.

The following members were absent: None

Ron Gotteberg moved to approve the Agenda. Renae Horning seconded the motion. Unanimous

Minutes of the January meetings were examined and approved. Motion for approval was made by Ron Gotteberg and seconded by Tom Maroney. Unanimous

All claims for the month of January were examined. Motion for approval was made by Tom Maroney and seconded by Shane Carlson. Unanimous

Dr. Joy inquired about obtaining a lot owned by the City of Halstad on Highway 200 for a possible new location for her dental clinic. The council indicated that it would be possible to put this project under the Cities free lot program. No decisions were finalized at this meeting.

Ron Gotteberg moved to approve a lease agreement for a new front end loader. Renae Horning seconded the motion. Unanimous

Ron Gotteberg moved to adjourn. Tom Maroney seconded the motion. The next regular meeting of the Council will be March 12, 2007 at 5:00 p.m.
